. Schneider remained in negotiations with Nwosu's representation. The sides agreed to delay Nwosu's roster bonus. It now appears the oft-injured pass rusher agreed to a sizable pay-cut in order to remain with the Seahawks through the 2025 campaign.
Over The Cap noted that Nwosu agreed to a $7 million slash in pay. In exchange, Nwosu received nearly that amount in guarantees, including a $4 million roster bonus. His cap charge has been lowered from $21 million to $11.8 million, saving the Seahawks nearly $9 million in immediate cap space

Kupp is a shell of his former self. I'm not opposed to signing him, but don't think for a second he's gonna put up DK production over an entire season.
REC. 66
YDS. 992
TD. 5
AVG. 15.0
Kupp in 12 games last year
REC 67
YDS 710
TD 6
AVG 10.6
DK
4.4 receptions, 66.13 yds, 0.33 TDs per game
Kupp
5.6 receptions, 59.17 yds, 0.5 TDs per game
This DK obsession by Hawks fans is very curious to me. Is he built like a Super Hero? Yes, does he play like one? No.
And before you say it's about attempts? The Seahawks attempted 34 MORE passes last year than the Rams.

Re: Breaking: DK requests a trade
I still don't think he'll put up close to those numbers this year. Neither do the Seahawks with the way that they paid Kupp. I understand DK's frustration with Grubb, and hanging him out to dry. One can only hope that Cooper is able to stay healthy for a full season. I think we take a receiver in this draft, but who? Steve Smith said that Matthew Golden is the #1 WR on his big board, and I don't disagree. But taking a WR at 18 doesn't get me excited. Loveland, Booker, and Zabel would though.Michael K. wrote: ↑Thu Mar 20, 2025 7:20 pmDK in 15 games last year.Sexymarinersfan wrote: ↑Thu Mar 13, 2025 9:05 pm

How about signing a guard or two and then not stuck with relying on rookies on the oline.
