I’m hearing talk out here in Arizona that the Hawks will be bought and moved to Boise due to the new tax law pertaining to the wealthy. Is this a real possibility?
Yeah the new ownership group is a consortium led by Elvis, Bigfoot and Putin. They love Boise and the NFL can't wait to move to that bustling metropolis of 235k people which is about half of what Staten Island, NY is. lol
I think you are underestimating the allure of Boise, ID for Goodell though. Don't be surprised if they abandon a few games played in Europe to play them in Boise instead. The could build the Stadium in the Mountains with a view of those half dozen skyscrapers. People would travel all the way from Lewiston and maybe even Spokane just for the experience.Donn Beach wrote: ↑Tue Apr 21, 2026 12:57 amThe law could affect the seahawks ability to sign FA players, it's not going to affect the owners
He'll trade with anyone anytime"It's no secret with us," he said Monday, per ESPN's Brady Henderson. "We have four picks, so we'll be looking to move back."
A trade with the Rams would be interesting"We've talked within our division," Schneider said. "That was kind of frowned upon for a while, like you don't trade within your division. Everybody in our division, we would trade with. We have good relationships with all three of those teams. You're maneuvering around the board to try to help your team no matter what. So, when you look at it through that lens, you're basically not concerned about [helping another team]."
I'm hearing rumors they'll be playing home games in Omak while the new stadium is being built. I think the field in Omak is called "Todd's back yard" and also features a slip 'n slide and 'lil Margaret's Lemonade Stand. Down the street is Efren's meth lab but we don't talk about that.D-train wrote: ↑Tue Apr 21, 2026 1:13 amI think you are underestimating the allure of Boise, ID for Goodell though.
