Charbonnet sighting

Smith is saying he could possibly play week five against the 49ers. So that would be even better than my best case scenario. I hadn't taken into account needing a couple of weeks to prepare. I was thinking the earliest he could come off the pup list was week four but it's week three
This from Field Gulls
. We saw Zach Charbonnet at practice not just walking normally, but also doing some ramp-up activities like one-legged jumping. One of Corbin’s tidbits from last night’s show was telling us that Charbonnet is both walking and running “perfectly normal” and from what he’s seen, he believes Charbonnet will be off PUP and ready to play Week 5 against the San Francisco 49ers.
The important thing to note about the PUP list this year is that players can now have their practice window open up as early as the start of Week 3 instead of Week 4, so that will be the litmus test for Charbonnet’s readiness

That's awesome and and blows away my estimate but he has to miss 4 games. That is all that matters so not sure what you are talking about week 3 or 4 for. I guess you boy Holani is back to a garbage time back....

The PUP requirement is three games now, not four. And I'm reading that as there would be an additional two games missed for training. He would be activated after three games but not play until the fifth. Actually what's curious is were they really anticipating it back after the surgery? That was the issue. You weren't buying all the rosy comments BS. What it would mean is Wilson getting cut sooner rather than later. That's what I misjudged, the importance of that signing. Was their seemingly relaxed attitude back then based on figuring Charbonnet being back quickly.
They really could be up to speed by the time the Rams games come around. That's what's nice about the schedule. There's really nothing much to complain about.

Well that is unprecedented for an ACL recovery time and the estimates are almost always overly optimistic. Price wasn't at practice today which makes me want to puke.

Yeah, I was basically in agreement with you once I understood it was a complete tear. Of course it hasn't happened yet, the great recovery but normally it's like Donovan or whatever.
I just realized Outz hasn't been practicing, see where they signed another FB, that's concerning

.
Coach Sean McVay said Thursday that Donald "looked outstanding" during his workout with the Rams on Tuesday, Sarah Barshop of ESPN reports.
It's still up in the air whether the 35-year-old Donald will come out of retirement for the 2026 season, but the Rams at least appears to be open to the proposition. The three-time Defensive Player of the Year would stand to join a stacked defensive front that added five-time All-Pro Myles Garrett during the offseason
Please, stop with the bullshit already!

They are determined to soak this thing for all it's worth. The Rams are open to the proposition...Donald is going to say, nah, I've decided I really don't feel like it
