So he's on the active roster. I'm assuming Mixon is a practice squad signingJordan Schultz reported on Monday that undrafted rookie Robert Henry Jr, who’s been on the Washington Commanders practice squad all season, is joining the Seahawks active roster. We won’t have any official transactions announced until Tuesday, so a corresponding move will have to be made to get Henry on the team
Yes, my guy Dan Viens really likes Henry and wanted the Hawks to draft him in the 6th or 7th round. I like him too given he has the same name as my son, Henry! haDonn Beach wrote: ↑Tue Oct 06, 2026 3:35 amBut there's more!

Mixon did have 1000+ yards in 2024 but he might be cooked.Donn Beach wrote: ↑Tue Oct 06, 2026 3:54 amInteresting, yeah, Henry seems like a more significant move
I don't know if Mixon is toast or not but he hasn't played football in two years. You're not signing him and then run him out against anybody in the immediate futureD-train wrote: ↑Tue Oct 06, 2026 3:59 amMixon did have 1000+ yards in 2024 but he might be cooked.Donn Beach wrote: ↑Tue Oct 06, 2026 3:54 amInteresting, yeah, Henry seems like a more significant move
Anything that gets Holani back to the PS where he belongs is a great thing...
Something going to give when charbonnet returns. Be interesting who they move on from.Henry was a wildly productive player at UTSA last year — he topped 1,000 yards on the ground," Davenport wrote in May. "He averaged almost seven yards per carry and scored 11 total touchdowns while peeling off five runs of 70 yards or more. However, he is also a 24-year-old rookie who is just 5'9″ and 196 pounds, which led to his going undrafted … The Washington running back room isn't exactly loaded—the team's lead back is a second-year pro who was a seventh-round pick last year. Henry has a realistic shot to earn a roster spot if he carries his college burst and elusiveness into camp.
