SNF: Cheeseheads vs The Whiners
First impressions:
1. Game started out similar to our game. SF fast out of the gate. That D-line of theirs is something else.
As the game goes on though everyone gets tired. Heart and stamina will outlast brute strength.
2. Teams are figuring out how to beat this team. Speed off the edge. Garapolous island is just that.
He cannot escape the pocket to save his life. He is their weakest link. Smith for GB will have a similar type game to Clowney.
3. Rogers will figure this defense out. A few screen plays. A couple of dink and dunk short passes around that line and it will open up the running game again.
4. HOMETOWN F'n refs still favoring the Whiners.
Imagine the psychological impact another loss at home prime time will have on this niner squad after they thought they were the shit.

Doesn't look like it's going to happen. The Packers just don't have it.

I agree with number one big time. That Dline has multiple difference makers on it. Bosa, Buckner, Ford, Armstead, and Jones are all legit. Sherman is what he was with us and that is a huge chess piece. A big corner that competes with and is a physical in run support. I can't think of any other corner that I have seen play the run game as well as he does. CBs, not SS, FS.seattlefan-daBronx wrote: ↑Mon Nov 25, 2019 2:02 amFirst impressions:

I like their coaching as well. THEY ARE WELL COACHED ON THE O.L. Shanahan signature. Multiple wideouts can make plays, Kittle is top 5, RBs benefit from the line and look good.
That is a good team handling GB but is GB really as good as 8-2? They have Rodgers, the Ghost of Jimmy Graham and not much else they have a RB who has a shot at 1K, and 1 WR who has a shot at 1K but they would both need to pick up the rate a bit to make it. The D is improved a bit the 2 Smiths give them outside pressure but they also lost Mathews so a bit better but not a strength as of yet.

No Clowney Hawks lose game vs SF. That simple. He is that kind of difference maker.

Guess I called that one wrong.
Good thing I didn't have money on it.
Packers getting handled.
Gawd I hate the niners.

You should have seen that one coming, they just got totally rolled in San Diego two weeks ago. Their 8-3 record is definitely a head-scratcher.

they had George Kittle back...something tells me the 49ers ain't going away...
who is that, Macaulay Culkin?

Re: SNF: Cheeseheads vs The Whiners
Probatbly true, but the Packers didn't just lose, they weren't even competitive.
The Seahawks hit and miss offense competed much better in Santa Clara. Clowney doesn't play offense and Kittle doesn't play defense.
