not QUITE the original. The throwbacks are the 90s version. For original, you gotta take the seahawk logo off the sleeves and for a bonus make them breakaway jerseys!

I like the silver background as it really makes the logo stand out. I prefer the old rounder helmets though. That one looks a bit like a bike helmet.

I think it's a bit extreme to say the uniforms don't matter. The players seem to care about it and, just as when anyone makes a choice of clothing or a car, it involves at least some small element of visual appeal for the consumer. You want your team to look good.

I think the breakaway jerseys were more the 80s, but still during the era of the original unis. My era was the half shirt belly-exposing mesh jerseys. Truly classic... but don't think the NFL allowed that.
