Can't imagine being in my early 30s set for life financially with the 50+ years of freedom to do anything I want and decide, I think I am going to debate Skip Bayless just for fun. lol

I think it's the exact opposite - there is no bigger narcissist than Bayless - his takes are laughably bad and he thinks he is above any criticism - while having never played the game. Sherman has the talent to be in his arena - but Bayless is pure toxicity. I hate this for Sherman - he's better than this. No one wants to work with bayless - so they found sherman - a guy craving attention. Bayless, Cowtard - those guys are everything wrong with 'sports media". This is Sherm auditioning for his own show. This cannot last - bayless is the ultimate talentless punk. How big of a prick do you have to be for Shannon Sharpe to tell you to fuck off?

Hmm- okay.
I never really thought of this story as what I think about Bayless. I've never watched his show more than 30 minutes total.
I don't expect anything of him and don't care about him. I did watch the Sherm/Bayless thing 10 years ago and thought
Sherman came off looking like a total douche bag.

I am invested in Richard Sherman as a Seahawk fan. A great CB in most everyway and a pleasure to watch. As a person and
an intellect, he is a fraud and not a good person. The "he's really smart, he went to Stanford" narrative is bullshit.

Sherman and Bayless have already had ugly back and forth, and that was when Sherm was playing. I think AA is right though, Sherman is looking for a stepping stone. He is certainly smart enough to debate Bayless and not look dumb as shit. Sharpe could not. That show was so hard to watch…you had know it all loud mouth Skip arguing with a guy that could hardly formulate words, who’s only credibility for talking sports was that he was a great athlete. Sharpe, more so than Cowherd and Bayless, is what is wrong with sports media. This isn’t mean, because it is very true….he is not intelligent enough to be talking on camera!

Richard is. If Sherm can control his anger I think he will tie Skip in knots. The problem is? I see Skip pushing all his buttons and Sherman looking like a psycho.
