Morris can't throw a deep ball worth a sh**, but the kid is a competitor. Helluva win! WOOF!
He is a competitor...but so was Jake. Remember the finger against Oregon!? I thought that was the turning point in the rivalry....but Coach Pete was scared of them. Jimmy ain't scared of no one, so will see!

This defense is special. Short field all game, and Utah still needed a bullshit blow to the head call to score more than twice.

Being a competitor isn't a given with a QB, especially a freshman. His deep ball is embarrassingly bad, and he made some really bad mistakes today, but he didn't flinch. He kept swinging. That's a big deal. Plus, having a big comeback win at this point really should do wonders for the whole team.

Also, ZTF is legit. I'm super excited about that guy - the next Husky great.

What happened? I gave up before the end of the 1st half.

Great that we got the win, but the PAC 12 is a clown show this year.

Game balls to Otton and Molden. Also to whoever called the plays for the Flutes. They did us a big favor by throwing the ball, they were running at will. And twice they punted in 4th and 1 in Husky territory, plus ran a dumb QB sneak on another. The football gods were paying attention tonight.

I wonder if Jimmy will be wearing his "run the damned ball" ball cap at the press conference on Monday.

We are currently ranked below Coastal Carolina and Marshall. Not sure if last night's win does much for us.

come on, man

Those rankings came out after only 2 games - UW is not a national championship contender this year, but hell, we're leading the Pac-12 North!

Just realized that we play only one road game this season and it is on December 12th vs. the Fucks who are obviously beatable. I assume we will beat Stanford so we could go undefeated in the regular season for the first time since 1991 of we win in Eugene.

Wow...I never looked, just assumed Stanford was a road game. The AC was supposed to be in Pullman, I wonder why we played at home last night?

Utah's cancelled game was a road game as well. Not sure how they picked.
