Why NOT go play a bowl game? Nothing's going to happen. Just a wasted year for the players.

Why couldn't they at least have an Apple Cup? Does WSU have a prior commitment or is UW just completely a basket case athletic program now? Pathetic.

Re: Football season over
What would be the point in playing? They can’t fucking practice thanks to ridiculous regulations laid down. The number of positives aren’t the problem, it is the quarantine rules laid down by idiot Governors. The initial cancellation here was based on 1% of the entire athletic department, not the football team, the entire department, having positives.Sibelius Hindemith wrote: ↑Sat Dec 19, 2020 3:33 amWhy couldn't they at least have an Apple Cup? If I was the AD I’d have gone scorched earth on the way out and sent EVERY athlete home. Cancelled ever game scheduled until after the New Year and then said “if we can manage to only have 0.5% of our entire department positive we will think about practicing again...and then if that last for a week or two we will resume scheduled games.” The PAC 12 is ridiculous, and so are the Governors of WA, OR, and Cali.
The Junior High my son goes to called and asked if my son would go back to school when able. So, it isn’t too dangerous for my child to go to school, but the state needs to close down, and if Cal has one positive in their football team, or we have 1% of the entire department positive? Cancel. Jen did the right thing, she was just FAR to gracious in doing so!
If Jay Dimsley has his way, the King of King County will cancel all sports and instead our athletes will run on treadmills to generate clean power. Of course, the treadmills will run on diesel fuel, just like his windmachines, but let’s not focus on that.
Anyone living in King County that voted for this Jack Ass that came over to Leavenworth and was one of thousands at the tree lighting? That is upset about no fans in stands or cancelled football games or missing unemployment money or lost jobs? Shame on you. 76% of that County voted this fucker into office. Of course, I could enter a fucking muppet as a Democrat’s and King and Pierce would vote it in in a landslide!

Not if you run Animal, his toxic masculinity would turn the Dems off. Same with Sam, he's an American symbol and that's the last thing the Dems want. I'd suggest going with someone like Beaker.Michael K. wrote: ↑Sat Dec 19, 2020 6:25 pmOf course, I could enter a fucking muppet as a Democrat’s and King and Pierce would vote it in in a landslide!

So crappy Oregoon knocks off You-Can't-Spell-Suck-Without-USC. And Up The Wazoo is romping on the Flutes in their house. How awful does the Pac-12 look right now?

Kermit would win in a landslide given he would be the most Green candidate.DavidGee24 wrote: ↑Sat Dec 19, 2020 8:30 pmNot if you run Animal, his toxic masculinity would turn the voters off. Re: Football season over
Well I see they managed to insert the Ducks in the polls at #25. Too bad, I was hoping for the PAC-12 quasi-champion to be off the polls. USC still ranked ahead of Oregon after getting beat by them fairly convincingly. Here’s a thought; if the sports media would take some lessons from the main media we could have any team in America ranked just by ignoring any losses and hyping any victories. There’s still hope for the huskies!
