I'll probably be home in time for this.............but probably won't look.
But this is billed as a "classic", being played is Las Vegas. Somebody watch it and report.
Hoping Hop uses 6'11" Roberts and 7'4" Sorn together on the floor. Bench Quade Green and start Marcus Tsohonis at PG.
Start RaeQuan Battle and J'Raan Brooks.
Bench Hameir Wright and Jamal Bey.
Will still lose, about 92 - 80, but it'll be more entertaining and the Dawgs will finally get 80 in a game this season. Beats scoring 42 or 52.

How about those Cougs. They likely got 7-0 vs. Praire view tonight. There I jinxed them.

You have to give Hopkins credit, it only took him 3 years to build one of the worst Div1 basketball teams in the nation. And at just $1.9 mil per year he's a real bargain!

I watched the end of the Cougs game. They looked good. Especially Efe Abogidi.
Maybe Hop needs to spend more time in Nigeria.

Wow, Cougs are 8-0. Too bad Hopkins has such a huge recruiting disadvantage to pulling from the hoops hot bed that is Eastern WA.
Will see if they are for real vs. the Arizonas next week.

To be fair, their two top underclassmen players are still playing for them with the intent of winning games as opposed to our two who played for themselves last year and then jumped ship.
Not to say Hop is a good or bad coach, it's just kind of hard to tell because of the mindset of the better players.

Funny how every other team that has top talent that jumps seems to be able to win but for us we try use it as an excuse for why we are no good.

I am not sure about that anymore. You been watching Kentucky? There has been a lot of chatter lately how the one and done programs are struggling. It will be interesting what happens, but if programs like NC, KY and Duke stop going after the one and done?

So the Cougs ASU game was cancelled due to Covid. 2nd one out of 3 P12 games. None of their non con games were cancelled. P12 is just on a roll.
