The image you upload has to be no larger than 40x40 pixels, i think.

So trial and error? None of my pics taken with my cell phone are that small........

The last time I saw us play good defense was in Hawaii last year and we played man.

Actually, it allows 400x400. I usually use a simple graphics editor on my computer like MS Paint to resize the image if it's too large.
