I wasn't thinking last night that it wasn't that long ago that the future felt so bright. Browning and Gaskin were Sophomores and we were playing in the Final four. Now look at us.
The downfall of sports in Seattle has been swift. Hard to believe that a rebuild by the Mariners, the team with the longest playoff draught in North America, is our best story. I guess it is a good thing that I am a fan of fastpitch. Maybe I better get into volleyball too? That way there will be two Husky sports I can follow proudly.

If they switch to Beach Volleyball uniforms, I'm in!

I see a 3 and 3 start with two wins before the Bye. 5 and 3 with OSU at home and then out to Oregon. Could be interesting. Too optimistic?
