I love it!!!! I'm just wondering what the team's official colors will be.

Re: NHL KRACKEN
Apparently red and black with some blue thrown in. I'm excited about this. Too much green and blue around this city and green and blue are awful color pairs (blue and green should never be seen together save for in a washing machine!)
Oh and it's Kraken, no c

Can not believe how many were freaking about not liking that name like they has chosen the Seattle bitches or something. Can't imagine having so few things going on in your life that you have to lose your marbles over a name.

It's better than Sockeyes and Orcas I guess. Personally, I favored Metropolitans what with the Stanley Cup history and all, but whatever.
I'm still trying to figure out what the connection between this region and the myth of the Kraken would be. Perhaps one of you could enlighten me.

Re: NHL KRACKEN
Aren't there already several NHL teams that wear red and black? I mean, if you're going to call yourself the Kraken, perhaps some sea-green would be appropriate. And you couldn't be more wrong about blue and green. You must not be from this area.

Perhaps a symbol of the loony liberal left. A monster that attacks and eats everyone's freedom and wealth.Sibelius Hindemith wrote: ↑Fri Jan 31, 2020 4:27 amIt's better than Sockeyes and Orcas I guess. Personally, I favored Metropolitans what with the Stanley Cup history and all, but whatever.

Re: NHL KRACKEN
If fans end up referring to themselves as Krakheads and the arena as the Krakhouse, how can you be against that? Make it so, but call them the Krakens. No WNBA team name.
