Seriously, if you have a chance to watch a documentary on the Dust Bowl, do it. Absolutely fascinating. I honestly think that the ambitious Pioneers kept going all the way to the West Coast and the slackers stopped in Oklahoma for the night and said, "hey this isn't bad, let's just stay here" lol

Yep I drove threw it going from where a lived for a few months in Columbus, OH a few blocks from OSU campus to the 1992 Rose bow. I don't think I even stopped for gas in that God forsaken state.

It probably wasn't a problem back then but I sure as hell am NEVER going to set foot there now. I don't really feel like being harassed by the locals on on how they took our team. I also don't want to end up in jail for busting a few Okies' faces in which would make their appearance even more fucked up than it already is
