Sailor...the hard core protagonist in my favorite noir novel as well as noir film, "Ride the Pink Horse"...

Getting the jump on the game thread after the big victory Friday, I see. Now we get maybe the best team in the league, Carolina. They lost 2-1 in San Jose a couple nights ago so hopefully we can keep them accustomed to losing.
A lot of the Hurrpicane players were Ron Francis guys and he got canned before they really developed and they've been one of the better teams in the league the last few years so Francis IS able to do it even though it seems he undercut this season. So far.

Good defensive first period and then they get a screen goal. First one of those I recall seeing this season. There have only been maybe a couple garbage goals as well.

What a game! Grubauer money again and the boys knock off the top team in the league. Two straight big wins.
No rest for the weary though, back-to-backers coming up in Tampa and Miami.

Why does it seem (when checking the team stats) like the Kraken always lose more faceoffs than they win?
