Not holding out much hope tonight, this is the one team in the division that should not only sweep us, but rout us every time because their offense is unstoppable. They beat us 5-2 last time even though they said they didn't play particularly well and McDavid was shut down.

McDavid and Draisaitl are both on pace to score over 160 points, which in today's game seems impossible. That's almost getting up into Gretzky territory. Their fifth-leading scorer is on pace to outscore our top scorer.

But you still have to play the game, and our guys have been playing a lot better.

The Oilers were always my favorite team as a child because my uncle lived in Edmonton (the one that sent us the table hockey game).

Up 4-2 after two, the boys are bringing it! It helps that their goalie sucks. He kicked in Wennberg's goal himself.

Probably. I didn't actually follow the sport at all. But if someone had asked me who my favorite hockey team was then i would have said the Oilers.

And our boys hang on to win in dramatic fashion 4-3. Another elite team taken down. Too bad the division is so good, even with the hot streak we're only slowly gaining ground.
