Trump wants to give the grant money to trade schools, the type of research it was intended for isn't generally done at trade schools

No doubt some other school that isn't going to encourage protests and hate against other groups would be happy to get the millions..... and millions that the U.S. Government is willing to pay for the research.

There must be stings attached for that much money.

You ever stop and think WHY it is that the government works with Harvard? How or why that started? Because it's where the smartest people in the world exist who solve the world's problems so that Billy Bob in Mississippi can drink, smoke, and eat himself to death but hang on by just the smallest of threads because the medical research they do extends far and wide... but he'll give all the glory to Jesus for the return of his health and preach hate for the people keeping him alive.
Well then, the government should give the money to ANY OTHER university to do similar research, or do you think that Yale or some other Ivy League University can't do it. In all reality, you are just talking out of your ass on this one.

But this is how capitalism works..... supply and demand. Another university can pick up and would be more than happy to do the research.

$25,800 from the Homeland Security Department for senior executive training.

"Lack of commitment to nondiscrimination and our national values and priorities."

FIND A UNIVERSITY THAT WILL DO THE RESEARCH FOR LESS MONEY...... and they'll be happy for the grants and not cause big issues.

It doesn't really work like that, the idea for the research is generated by the researcher who then applies for the a grant to do it.
