The bitter irony if you are Trump - a man who has spent his entire life as a celebrity, a man who gives me the impression he really really wants/needs to be liked and admired, then winning the Presidency in a landslide, gaining huge approval ratings, only to have the rug yanked out from under him as he is forced to appease Israel - a wildly unpopular move - and while appeasing them and ramping up a nonsensical war - watching his popularity fall - while doing something he doesn't want to do in the first place. It's really a marvel to watch in real time. He's not the first - I don't think Bush wanted Iraq - he was talked into it by the Devil himself, Dick Cheney. It's wild to watch these men having these wars thrust upon them to carry out - while every single metric tells us they do no want to be doing this.

Tells just how powerful thier controlling entity is, and we should be fucking terrified of this - but we should also marvel at how it is all comning to light now - it's not a secret anymore - the veil has been lifted and we're acknowledging the puppet show - now the question is can we overcome it before it is too late and we are too far gone? We are standing at the edge of the cliff it feels like right now.
What a pathetic read this was.
You don't agree that the President of the United States has no agency?
I certainly believe that narrative is a pretty pathetic fkn cope to avoid having to face the reality of voting for this turd.

But that's MAGA for you. Accountability is the plague.

Figured as much.

SoB just doesn't want to lay any blame on Israel.

Forget that Trump did a complete 180 on starting wars.

Even though he's doing the exact opposite of what he said, thats the voters fault!

Not the nationstate who clearly benefits from everything Trump's done since January 2025.

SoB would rather side with the baby-dick-suckers.

No.

There's just no nuance to your or Aurora's take. All I'm reading here is, "Ohhhhh poor Donald Trump. How hard it must be to not fall under Israel's power." Like what?

I think Israel certainly had/has influence.

Both things can be true:

1. Israel has big influence in our politics... and I think that's pretty clear.

2. Trump is the massive dumb shit I've always said he was who should be nowhere near the Oval Office. Especially if he's this weak and easily influenced.

It's an ancient practice by the Jews...... but of course you believe that to mean that all jews should be killed.

Maybe this his how Christ was circumcisised.

Brit Milah (covenant of circumcision) is a foundational Jewish ritual dating back over 3,500 years to Abraham, marking the covenant between God and the Jewish people. Performed on the eighth day of life by a trained mohel, this practice symbolizes identity, continuity, and an eternal, physical connection to faith.

Key Historical Aspects of Brit Milah:
Biblical Origin: According to Genesis 17, God commanded Abraham to circumcise himself and his offspring as a sign of an everlasting covenant. Abraham, at 99, was the first to be circumcised, followed by his son Ishmael.

The Eighth Day: The ritual is mandated for the eighth day of life, regardless of whether it falls on Shabbat or a holiday, symbolizing the dedication of the child to the covenant.

Sign of Identity: Throughout history, this practice has served as a primary identifier of Jewish identity, often maintained despite persecution and cultural pressure.

Development of Ritual: The ceremony, or bris, usually includes a Sandek (holding the baby), a mohel (performing the circumcision), and often takes place in the home or synagogue, followed by a celebratory meal.

Meaning & Tradition: Beyond its biblical mandate, the practice was seen by thinkers like Maimonides as both a sign of religious commitment and, in medieval times, a way to focus on spiritual rather than strictly physical desires.

Continuity: The Brit Milah connects modern Jewish males with their ancestors, maintaining a tradition that has remained largely consistent for thousands of years.
