McCabe is currently cleared in the same way that Jussie Smollett once appeared out of trouble.

Unfortunately for McCabe the only investigation that matters, at all, is one he's still part of, the John Durham investigation.

McCabe may have already made a deal though, which we may be seeing the ripples of now. He's small potatoes, even as big of a player as he was.
