Many people on the right DO NOT believe that conservatives played a part that day or that they did anything wrong. BPJ and others on this board are shining examples.

I’m not uplaying anything. All I’ve said is that they attacked cops. The DOJ concluded over a 1000 assaults against police officers that day. I’d assume of varying severity.

You’re the only person who is altering the magnitude by claiming that some cops were hit with flag poles as the extent of what happened.

Question is, why are you in such vehement defense of people who attacked police officers?

Guess you can't read. I think I've said at least three times now that those people got what they deserved. I'm wondering how there could have been 1,000 assaults if there were only 1,200 police officers. Guess they counted every swing of every flagpole, bat or all other things that weren't guns (because guns obviously weren't used). Anyway, funny how quickly you switched it back to 1/6 instead of the BLM riots. Shouldn't all those BLM people have been locked up for 2 or more years based on what you want the 1/6 people to serve? Why aren't you out there protesting that those people didn't get what they deserved?

Anyway, short summary: MOST conservatives (I believe, a very large majority) think the J-6ers got what they deserved. I haven't heard a single liberal talk about going after or prosecuting anyone involved with the BLM riots even to this day. MOST liberals I've talked to think it was justified and a way to show how displeased they were at the George Floyd ordeal. Again, hypocrisy at its finest.

And - just a wild hunch. I bet there won't be any Charlie Kirk Life Mattered riots, looting or murders.

They downplay what happened and blame groups like Antifa for planting people to riot. And many still believe the attack was warranted despite pretending Conservatives were not at fault (it's nauseating).

In fact, more Conservatives TODAY approve of the attack than when it happened 5 years ago... 30 goddam % of the Conservative population.



The group on the right who disavows what happened on J6 is SIGNIFICANTLY smaller than the groups who make of conspiracy theories to pretend it wasn't Conservatives or downplay it's significance.
