Seriously, before the revelations Epstein was a popular guy to know. Trump in that interview is name name dropping, bragging that he knows him. That Donald trump hung around with him doesn't mean anything more than Bill Clinton hanging around with him. and I agree, Donald isn't going to just let the accusation slide. Trump vs. Elon is completely orchestrated and fake. Neither of those guys has any power they are both puppets.

For what purpose, are they both trying to commit political/financial suicide? (Please try to keep your response to under 100 words).

Who knows why? Distraction is always a big part of it. But, probably other reasons as well. I'm not gonna dive into something that's this obviously fake.

Neither one is in charge of their own finances or political positions, that's the whole point of my comment.

Something is definitely going on. And distraction is certainly a part of it. What's the end game? Or is there one?

I don't think it's fake, but Musk is definitely toning down some things. And he has deleted some of his harshest tweets, according a friend who follows him. I'll be interested to see how this plays out over the budget (i.e., how much will the deficit be decreased) and electric vehicle credits.tt
