Re: Alec Baldwin
I am so confused about this. This is a movie. Why would there ever be any need for there to be real bullets anywhere on a movie set? much less in a gun that's about to be used in a scene. It's just mind boggling. Almost makes you wonder if somebody loaded that gun on purpose.
Re: Alec Baldwin
Not hatred for Baldwin, Coug. I don't have to like the guy but it's more because he uses his pulpit to tell us that we can't have guns and then goes out and "stars" in productions where he uses guns plus I'd bet his "help" also carries a gun or two. That's hypocritical at best. Don't want him as a neighbor, but then I wouldn't want Trump as a neighbor, either.SpokaneCoug wrote: ↑Mon Oct 25, 2021 5:15 pmWas just saying that the view in here is that it's the left who has all the hate. But all you guys do in here is hate the left. If it was James Woods that accidentally shot someone while filming, you guys wouldn't say shit. That's why I say "hypocrites". It's just one sided in here - 100% of the time. At least you're consistent.
Re: Alec Baldwin
The beauty of this post, is that Coug does exactly what he accuses others of doing - it's the democrat playbook to a tee - which makes him the ultimate hypocrite. The difference, as I see it, is the only thing the left has, is hate and rage, because nothing they say has any logical value, so they have to scream and rage and throw tantrums. you want proof? Look at the current administration - they have literally fucked up every single thing they've touched, and they're still playing the blame Trump game. The moderates and the right just want to live there lives and be left the fuck alone to make their own decisions, period. We don't give a shit if you agree or not - stupidity is your choice - just stay the fuck out of our way with your woke nonsense and community destroying policies.ddraig wrote: ↑Mon Oct 25, 2021 11:02 pmNot hatred for Baldwin, Coug. I say all that as a proud, moderate independent who will be forced to vote republican down ballot because the shit show we are living in falls 100% at the feet of the Dems and the wackadoodle leftist nutjobs and incompetents.
Anyway, Cougs faux outrage is far past it's expiration date. It was amusing at first, now it's just silly. The left is literally burning the country down and destroying everything, but somehow, all that ails America, is all Trump supporters fault. Riiiiiiiight.

"Quick, don't pay attention to the border, the economy, the middle east, fauci's brazen lies, mandates, hunter, massive corporate strikes, the supply line disruption at our ports. No, ignore all of that, let's just focus on TRUMP!" That ship has sailed (it just hasn't docked yet because - more Biden admin incompetence).
Even far leftists like comedian Jon Stewart, on CNN, said Trump isn't the problem. it's not a secret - and anyone still trying to play that card just looks like a complete fool. The jig is up. That narrative don't play anymore - with anyone with a pulse.

And now the GDP, which six months ago was growing to be 6% this year, is down to an expected .5% for 2021 with the added bonus of stagflation headed our way. $7.50 a gallon for gas in California, too! All; we need now is Jimmy Carter telling us to put on a sweater and lower the thermostat while winter right around the corner!

Re: Alec Baldwin
Hollywood is just so absurd.
Calling it a prop gun when it can shoot real ammo. Sounds like a REAL GUN that can fire prop ammo.
With the billions and billions that pour into Hollywood, why don't they have replicas of the real guns made, but the chamber is sized for the prop ammo in a caliber that REAL AMMO can't fit in.
Seems pretty simple to me.....and I'm an idiot compared to so many in the movie industry.

Put your backwards COVID hat back on. 4 accidental deaths, 5,000 movies made, 50,000 gun scenes. A .00008% chance of dying. Why change anything - making a replica gun takes away my freedom!!!!!Walla Walla Dawg II wrote: ↑Tue Oct 26, 2021 5:46 pmHollywood is just so absurd.

Here's a crazy idea, edit the audio and insert the sound of gunfire and you never ever need the fake guns to make a sound.Walla Walla Dawg II wrote: ↑Tue Oct 26, 2021 5:46 pmHollywood is just so absurd.

Or at least use real guns with the firing pins removed. Of course, they're all liberals so they have no idea how guns work and of course they know better than everybody else anyways. Which is, of course, exactly why we mock them to begin with.Walla Walla Dawg II wrote: ↑Tue Oct 26, 2021 5:46 pmHollywood is just so absurd.

Chances are the hillbilly James Woods knows gun safety like most conservative men so we would never have to have this conversation about him, but we get your small-minded point Coug.

Re: Alec Baldwin
Yeah, those conservatives sure are smart. Just do as Tucker tells me to..... and FYI, I have guns too. People in the middle know about firearms as well. Odd I know.
Re: Alec Baldwin
Well, you must admit that Tucker does report news occasionally, whereas CNN, the Cable Channel you watch, couldn't recognize news if it jumped up and bit them in the face!
