I didn't think it was possible to be more liberal than Bernie.

I have found that conservative women are typically attractive and liberal women are not. Perhaps when you get left of Bernie they start getting better looking again?

Perhaps you're attracted to ideology. Actresses are generally chosen for their beauty, and most of the Hollywood machine is pushing a left agenda. The exception to that rule is the war movies, which might be played by liberal actors but carry a strong message of right-wing nationalism. Another trap you're falling into with this generalization is that stereotypically the attractive female is also not too smart!
