The GOP is going to have a really hard time topping the Dems, but I've got a few suggestions:

Have Ted Nugent not only perform the National Anthem (as President Trump fidgets around) but also give a rousing speech about overcoming crapping your pants to dodge the draft and still becoming a true American.

Group tweet to Alec Baldwin telling him he's not funny and he deserves to hang.

Group tweet to Mitt Romney telling him he's a traitor and he deserves to hang.

Unbiased documentary narrated by Rush Limbaugh about the very fine people on both sides of the Charlottesville incident.

Group tweet to all non-white government officials telling them to go back to where they came from. And that they deserve to hang.

Group tweet to Megan Rapinoe telling her she deserves to hang. Just because.

To cap off the convention have Trump present the Congressional Medal Of Honor to Eddie Gallagher.

I've never had to walk a single step in Eddie Gallagher's shoes so I wont judge. During WWII it was common for fighter pilots returning to base to empty their 9 yard long 50 caliber ammo belts [they had 4 50 cal MGs in each wing panel]. They were under orders to empty their ammo into all targets of opportunity, which included convoys of horse drawn or even human drawn carts that might be full of food, ammo, medicine, fuel, etc. The P-47 Pilots came in close enough to see the eyes of the poor horses and the wounded soldiers who were pulling these carts along the snow covered, muddy roads. I guess these would be considered War Crimes today and reported as such by our news media. Our guys were doing whatever it took to protect their ground troops and to end the war that5 they were fighting for total strangers....ASAP.

I had my boots in the sand and will judge him. According to his fellow Seals who turned him in, among other things he knifed to death a wounded teenage combatant and then posed with the body. And this wasn't to protect his troops, it was to make himself feel good. We're skilled fighters and representatives of America out there, not Muslim whackos or Richard Ramirez.
