No doubt a part of it. But I think there is greed involved. Far to much money with China and special interests

It's been a way of life particularly for Democrats and many RINOs to sell out the American people in turn for personal enrichment....Biden, his brother, and his son have all made millions using Biden's political seat as a hammer for cash deals.... Pelosi, Harry Reid, Ffienstein, the Kennedy's and of course the Clintons... all cash merchants selling out stuff that belongs to the American people... Tom
daschale, has done it in the health industry with deals to China, Comey, his brother and Muellar all sat on foreign boards, and Comey and Muellar made fortunes in private security schemes between and around government jobs... John Kerry's son and step son were both getting money out f the Ukrain with Burisma but left when things got hot. Pelosi's son Paul also cash in with a solar energy scheme for the Ukrainians.... All of this shit should be illegal, all of it.
