Driving a Porsche at more than 100 mph. I race Porsches and they are difficult to handle, but driving at night at over 100 on roads you don't know is suicidal! And to to it off, she went back to China! How's that for immunity? Watch the video.

There's no immunity. She was drunk, killed her passenger, was uncooperative with authorities and crossed into Canada before fleeing to China to avoid punishment.

The Department of Justice has now stepped in, hoping to extradite Ting Ye in order to bring her to justice. However, the U.S. does not have an extradition treaty with China, so good luck with that.

These stories are not that infrequent. Foreign national commits a crime and then just slips away back to their original country, never to be heard from again. She sounds like an entitled little piece of work.

We don't know who is coming into the country; why would we have a clue about who is leaving it? Unless it is a lifelong American Citizen of course. We need vlid passports, enhanced licenses, all sorts of shit...just to go up to Victoria for the day.

I remember about 20 years ago that a woman decided to take her friend out in her husband's 911. She had never driven it before. Wifey-poo took a corner and lifted her foot off the throttle, causing the car to spin out of control and hit a tree, killing her friend. She then began a lawsuit against Porsche!

One thing I've learned since driving any Porsche since 1980 is that you NEVER take your foot off the throttle in a corner. You can try left-foot braking, but you have to keep your foot on the throttle. Believe me, I've done my share of spinning in corners, luckily never leaving the pavement, but do it enough times and you pretty much know what is going to happen when you screw up. This lady had no clue, and neither did the little Chinese girl.

Oh, and if you ever purchase a Porsche, become a member of the Porsche Club. They have "Driver Training" courses at least four times a year! You learn how to control your car under many conditions.

Who cares. Only person she killed is her Chinese friend.

Moms? Dads? Sisters and brothers? Grandparents? Friends?

I can't believe she wasn't arrested upon being released from the hospital.

But in the realm of things that stoke my outrage and make my blood pressure go up, this is nowhere near the top. (And yes I had heard about it long before the breitbart article that was posted. So not much of a coverup. lol)

And she gets to deal with all of them back in China which will be about 100x worse for her than if she had stay here and get 30 days in Jail and a few years of probation.

She won't get any incarceration time in China.

Who cares. She is in China, and will never come back. No longer a threat to US citizens. If they don't want to punish someone for killing one of their citizens that's their call. If she hit an innocent US pedestrian it would be a different story but she didn't.
