No, Super Two and the cutoff for losing control happen pretty early in the season. Even with his service days from last season he should be well under.

Well, J.Rod has a couple more hits tonight..... 22 hits in last 11 games and a monster OPS. very impressive... close to 1.600

They could probably save another year of service time if he plays enough minor league ball next year. But if he stays up the rest of the year, they probably have to have him in the minors for 2+ months. Seems really unlikely, and unnecessary.

Not impressive by Sheffield but our offense continues to be impressive. Maalox screws up the bunt but Gordon beats the throw. Gordon with a big game tonight.
