Every team has a player in the final year of a contract or arbitration and with Mitch it could be over the top motivation to carry the team. If Mitch turns into Crazyhorse look out
Hope so but after a great couple weeks after he was activated he hasn't been very productive....

It’s pitch selection it’s seeing the spin, it’s so many factors that contribute to being a good hitter. I just don’t get upset when he has an off day. Not you but the chicken littles around here just seem to freak out when Hammy or name your player doesn’t get a hit. The white Sox have really good pitching and that side arm guy yesterday started pitches well off the plate that snuck back into the zone at the end. Sometimes you just have to tip your hat and hope for better pitches

Yeah the pitching is just so good. I mean 7 straight Ks for Castillo. And France is back in a little mini 6 game .185/.622 slump...

They really are going to need to find a way to level the playing field whether it will be policing the shift or lowering the mound. Something....

The robo umpiring should level the playing field so that the Jrods of the world don’t get an expanded strike zone. That should help. Wireless communication between catcher and pitcher is coming so that nobody gets crossed up… that might make it tougher for batters and certainly the Astros lol. Remove the shift and maybe limit the number of pitching changes with exceptions for injury or pitch count.

How about this in the replies? It looks strange but it seems like a good idea.
