One of the players is Andy Ibanez, who I think might be an interesting guy to bring in on a minor league deal with a spring training invite. He sucked last year, but he had a pretty good 2021 split between AAA and the ML club (Texas), and in 2019 he hit 20 HR at AAA with a .300 BA. I don't know what happened in 2022. Maybe there was an injury or maybe the league figured him out and the reality is that he just isn't that good. But he could be a great bench piece if he can actually play, which is why you try to bring him in for spring.
