That's not how that works. This season hasn't started, so when you say "Next season" that means 2023. Good lord. But if that's what you meant, I agree... that is possible, maybe even probable. Unless Brown balls out and/or Ulu sucks.D-train wrote: ↑Sat Apr 29, 2023 8:24 pmWell unless we resign Brown it is impossible for SA to be right. Maybe he misunderstood what I said. doubt it. People here underestimate Evan Brown. Brown is GOOD. Olu Olu is going to take the Kevin Mawae route and sit for a year or two, then become a HOFer.
I tend to think Olu is going to be starting pretty early on.
He's 23. He's played in 3 different programs. Michigan is Harbaugh with a pro-style offense.
He graduated college 2 years ago.
I listened to the media interview -
the guy is confident to the point he won't play the ridiculous cliche answers games with the reporters.
He said he called the run offense and pass offense at Michagan. (protections I guess is what this means?)

Am I the only one that feels like Pete's vision for the entire defense is 11 safeties and DEs??

BOW DOWN - I nailed day 3!SeattleAddict wrote: ↑Sat Apr 29, 2023 7:10 pmI wonder if we go Kenny McIntosh with one of the last two picks. For a while, he was viewed as the second best RB in the draft by some people, not sure why he fell off the edge of the world. Excellent receiver, could be a 3rd down back.

How can you not be excited about this team? I think they crushed the draft, improved the roster top to bottom, with that offense right now, Geno may be doing some serious cookin' - this offense could be insane. As much as the NFL, the league and their BS pisses me off, the seahawks are the exact opposite - they are like must see TV, they keep me coming back - they are just so much fun. And so many great story lines for this team, how can you not be drawn to this franchise? They do so many things right. This feels like a very exciting time for this team - and these guys look hungry. I think they're about to become a problem for the rest of the league.

I dunno. Depends how Cameron Young works out, and I still think they'll re-sign Woods and/or Poona. If Young is good, and Reed can still play, they should be fine. They are loaded at DE and OLB, with BWagz patrolling the middle instead of Barton. I'm still convinced 90% of the problems last year were Barton-related... at least the first half of the year.
It's probably the softest spot on the team, but "train wreck" is way too pessimistic.
