This is happening. But the targets last few games have been going weird places. DK is getting targeted. Lockett isn't healthy. Russ is obsessed with Hollister and we are complaining now about Turner and Moore.

1. He's not a pocket passer
2. Yes he holds the ball way too long. Needs to release the ball within 2-3 of the snap.
3. Needs to utilize the RB in the passing game more i.e. screens

They do throw screens. Define "pocket passer".HawkandMariner88 wrote: ↑Thu Dec 12, 2019 12:18 am1. He's not a pocket passer

What about Fant? They should be throwing to him at least once every drive just to keep the other team honest.

How often do you see Brees scramble? Case & Point.ThePro wrote: ↑Thu Dec 12, 2019 1:58 amThey do throw screens. Define "pocket passer".HawkandMariner88 wrote: ↑Thu Dec 12, 2019 12:18 am1. He's not a pocket passer

What does that have to do with Wilson? You implied Wilson was not a pocket passer so bringing up Brees lack of mobility is your proof?HawkandMariner88 wrote: ↑Thu Dec 12, 2019 4:00 amHow often do you see Brees scramble? On Gordon, There is a connection between WR and QB that is formed as a relationship. It is not only the QB that reads coverage's it is also the Line, backs, WR and TE's. You often hear about a QB~Receiver just sharing a "look" and no other signal was necessary to "audible".
Gordon and Wilson appear to be really good at the slant against anybody on 3rd down. Hi Sherman

That is a post that almost forces me to attack the poster.HawkandMariner88 wrote: ↑Thu Dec 12, 2019 12:18 am1. He's not a pocket passer

1. He is the highest rating passer in the NFL at quick release passer rating. That is done from the pocket.
2. refer to 1 first and then he has the highest passer rating when holding the ball longest before release (extending the play). You can't cover for ever in a scramble drill especially if the passer is a threat to hurt you running.
3. Seattle throws plenty of screens or do you not watch the games. RB's have 67 targets out of 280 total targets. That is 25% of total targets (not to mention when others line-up in backfield for TE or WR screens).
