RIP Slick Watts

Died Saturday at 73. Greatest name ever for a basketball player. When I attended Franklin High School, he worked there for a while as a security guard so I talked with a few times.

First player ever to lead the league in steals and assists, but then just three years later he was out of the league. Bizarre.

The Spurs have a new HC. Mitch Johnson, son of JJ Johnson, born and raised in Seattle. JJ died in 2016, seems like a lot of those sonics are now dead
