On the bright side, looks like M's will be making some roster moves tomorrow to shore up the pen so the bums like Saucedo and Vargas will probably be gone and Logan Gilbert should get extended nicely tomorrow

Always an optimist, I know, but I think a big early hole like this is actually good for this offense right now. Gotta be aggressive and it also gives you that loose feeling of nothing to lose

And it generally hurts the team that gets an early lead. Case in point our loss in KC last yr when we grabbed a 7-0 lead in the 1st inning and went on to lose. Bryce -- who started that game -- said he lost focus
