From what I've read about the guy he could have been a top-five pick but he's rather brittle for a guy in his early 20s.

Nick Emmanwori was drafted in round 2 pick 35 in the 2025 draft class. He scored a 10.00 #RAS out of a possible 10.00. This ranked 1 out of 1236 SS from 1987 to 2025.

I saw some pundit had him as high as 17. I'm guessing the Hawks were surprised he was still there and pounced! They looked like cat ate the canary in the war room after the pick! This is so much fun, I had to start drinking again when they moved up lol. I thought I was beered out after Round One, but I've rallied.

Johnson has a long injury history plus he is essentially a zone corner. I think Shavon Revel is a better prospect than Johnson.

I really think the Hawks will take Mike Green here or Jalen Royals

The picks of Zabel and Emmanwori have reeled me back into watching the Hawks. Although it hasn't really been their fault I gave up on NFL. Its the rule changes and the slow degradation of the product over the last 10 yrs. Im sick of the officiating of the game.

Buttttt, the Hawks are building a defense and now have a legit QB throwin the rock. I will have to invest in a streaming service to watch the Hawks.
