Threads like these always crack me up because neither team has even put a first thought into this, nor will they. Leadoff from the Times Forum will for eternity be the only one to ever call a specific trade before it was an idea (Carlos Silva for Milton Bradley).
You posted this sentiment once before and were called out on it. It’s not meant to be a predictive post. It’s meant to highlight players that could be available at the deadline and how to potentially address current holes that exist on the roster.

Nothing about this is me saying that the M’s will surely do what I’ve written.

Getting called out only means something if you're wrong. If any of these trades happen you can feel free to call me out and I'll offer my congratulations. 👍

I wouldn't be at all surprised to the see the O'Hearn trade happen, maybe even for the exact same players.

The only thing you’re wrong about is the intention of this post lol. Like I said, it’s not meant to be predictive.

I have nothing other than that to call you out on. Other trades with varying players are very likely to happen. Probably more so than my fun idea. Nobody says otherwise.

I wonder if the author could put down the weed for a bit. There is no way that the Pirates are trading Skenes.

I have no problem with folks bringing up like MLB trade calc. values and saying a package is too little or too big in value. I have no problem with a poster pushing a quote from Billy B that they are not looking to move Rooker or Butler and the cost for those players would be much higher than Oakland's/ No name A's asking typical asking price would be., etc, etc. But when people say "you are predicting this" is kind of a dick move. JD himself says for every one move that gets completed there is a vast majority of discussions that never even get mentioned in rumors.

Nobody that posts offseason plans, or trade deadline proposals says this is what I predict. Nobody.

My trade idea is for the new M's RF for the next 8 years.

M's trade Emerson, Evans, Peete, and Dawell

For

Kyle Tucker

Sign Tucker to an eight year $400mill contract. He gets $60mill/year for the first 5years (age29-34) and 33.34 mill his last 3 years. Player option year 3,5, and 7. Team option years 6 and 8.

Here would be my Aug1 lineup

1. JP
2 Julio
3 Tucker
4 Cal
5 Arozarena
6 Polanco
7 Dylan
8 Raley
9 Williamson
