Do you have any to refute them? If not then you can STFU too. Stop being so butt-hurt over someone's opinion. BTW if you go back and read through game threads from this season it's pretty clear the offense has been a source of frustration due to extended dry spells often against mediocre or bad pitchers. But go ahead and pretend none of that happened and the past 15 games is who they really are.desbcoach wrote: ↑Tue Sep 23, 2025 1:05 amTranslation I have no facts to back up my statementsSibelius Hindemith wrote: ↑Tue Sep 23, 2025 12:45 amSTFUDonn Beach wrote: ↑Tue Sep 23, 2025 12:43 am

Refute what? That baseball is frustrating, it is for fans everywhere. Its the nature of it, its a sport built around failure
Are Phillies fans frustrated with their offense
Phillies fans and commentators express frustration with the team's inconsistent and sputtering offense, characterized by a tendency to underperform against strong pitching and fail to capitalize on scoring opportunities. Key issues include a lack of clutch hitting, particularly with runners in scoring position, and a noticeable dip in offensive production after promising stretches, leading to disappointment and questions about the team's ability to sustain success.

You crack me up. He points out that they went 7 innings with one hit, and your translation is to look and see how many teams in history have scored in every inning of a game.Donn Beach wrote: ↑Tue Sep 23, 2025 1:23 amSince 1900, only two teams have managed to score in each of nine innings of a game. Kyle Freeland must feel like he's wasted his career with the Rockies. Career ERA of 4.54 which if he pitched in an average park might be in the mid- to lower-threes. Won-lost record of 65-89 and the franchise is at a point where they're probably going to lose over 100 games every year for quite a while. Signed a five-year extension for about 12 million a year in 2022. He'll take one look at T-Mobile and think please please PLEASE trade me here.
