However, he ripped the ball and kicked ass all year in 2025 in Tacoma. I was sad to see him go. Dipoto and coaches removed him from the 40-man roster and granted him free agency January 25th.
Same day:

January 25, 2026: Signed as a Free Agent with the San Diego Padres.

He mostly plays OF & 2B. Minimalist at 3B; two games each in 2025.
