"Thank you for your service" and "Pride Month" are the same fucking thing... It's called brainwashing.
Free markets, free minds.
Troops ain't nothing but mindless welfare recipient attack dogs for war mongering psychopaths. We would be in a lot better shape if nobody signed up for that shit. Nobody should be praising anyone for mindlessly fighting wars on behalf of bankers and politicians, indiscriminately blowing shit up and killing innocent people all paid for with stolen funds. Order obeying cowards that can't think for themselves. Fighting wars on behalf of some of the most evil people in the world all for the perks. Thanking them for their service only furthers the problem. Telling them to go fuck themselves and discouraging anyone from ever signing up is how you better the world.

Let's keep in mind that Saddam was gassing his own people and needed to go as well.douche wrote: ↑Thu Jun 25, 2026 4:41 pmThey couldn't find Osama so they made Saddam their stooge.bpj wrote: ↑Thu Jun 25, 2026 4:11 pmLike looking for WMD's in Iraq...douche wrote: ↑Thu Jun 25, 2026 1:38 pm
It's unfortunate that wars are started by some of the worst people around, only to have troops go in to sacrifice their lives for what is essentially nothing more than a dick waving contest (I'm referencing George Carlin here). Many instances where troops didn't actually know what they were fighting for. I think the Vietnam war would be a good example of that.
AI gave me this:
"Many soldiers in World War I and the Vietnam War often felt uncertain about the reasons for their involvement, as the conflicts were marked by unclear objectives and shifting political motivations. This led to significant disillusionment among troops regarding their purpose in these wars."
Searching caves in Afghanistan for "Osama bin Laden" after 9/11...
I remember this like it was yesterday (I'm sure most of you do as well)... every day George W. would appear on the television, telling us that they were pulling out all the stops to find bin Laden and end the war on terror. This went on every day, for a month or so. Then, overnight, he changed his tune and was telling us that they were going after Hussein. What happened? I mean, you've been telling us for a month straight that bin Laden was the bad guy.
But they got Hussein, made a mess of Iraq and, as aurora mentioned, Cheney made a boatload of money.
Those c*cksuckers should have went to prison for war crimes. Instead, they literally manipulated an entire country and made out like bandits. Talk about oversized egos.
I remember the stories of 'rape parties' sponsored by kids.

You nailed it. A bunch of do-nothing whiny victims who literally have nothing better to do than complain about everything and how it offends them. It's next next level delusional idiocy.DavidGee24 wrote: ↑Thu Jun 25, 2026 8:12 pmWhy the hell anyone would even want to make a soccer match about homosexuality is beyond comprehension. You can't just go and enjoy the game? To make it be about your sexual orientation is just being a self-important asshole.
Is everyone familiar with this new acronym? It's called, NEET. And what does that mean? Well, it means, Not in Education, Employment, or Training. Which really means, 'I don't have a job, I don't go to school and I'm not currently trying to learn anything or make any effort to improve my life'. A non-contributing member of society. What Louis CK would call, 'a non-contributing zero'. And yet the rest of the world is expected to cater to this absurd nonsense.

I am in no way defending Hussein. He was a POS. But the way that administration spun it around into being about him after going on about bin Laden is really insulting to anyone with a brain. Bait and switch. Hussein had no WMDs.Walla Walla Dawg II wrote: ↑Thu Jun 25, 2026 9:01 pmLet's keep in mind that Saddam was gassing his own people and needed to go as well.

I have to admid...... I never looked at it as a bait and switch. I looked at it as a "while we are here" type of move.douche wrote: ↑Thu Jun 25, 2026 9:43 pmI am in no way defending Hussein. I'm smart enough to know I'm not gonna convince you of shit. Keep waving your flag. I'll continue to support actual freedom, not statist nonsense. I will never thank you for working on behalf of the most evil people on Earth, and you should know you never served your "country". All of it is based around an international banking scam. You served your master. You served to enslave people on behalf of the so-called elite. All of this is rather obvious and doesn't require any level of "education" to recognize. It's the exact opposite. To believe in your nonsense it requires K-12 indoctrination camps, national anthems at sporting events, national holidays, etc.DavidGee24 wrote: ↑Tue Jun 23, 2026 5:59 pmYou know, being a big George Carlin fan, I do agree with some of the more out-there things that you say, but there's a reason why your way of thinking is in the very, VERY tiny minority and is eschewed by more than 99% of the population.DanielVogelbach wrote: ↑Tue Jun 23, 2026 3:07 am"Thank you for your service" and "Pride Month" are the same fucking thing... And I don't think it is ever a good thing for organizations to have any sort of 'tribute' themed game, unless it's to the troops.
Free markets, free minds.

I was a US Marine and was nothing like what you describe, nor were any of my friends in the Corps. I'm realistic about how the world is and what war is. Pawns, oil, blah blah blah. But I had my own reasons for serving, I feel that they were honorable, and no weirdo sitting in a dark, cold, empty room blathering away on his keyboard is going to tell me any different.
You do realize that if "nobody signed up for that shit", you'd be depositing your Mental Disability check at Derherferderwaffershtein National Bank or at Hyukijukibazuki Federal Credit Union. Until the rest of the world stops "signing up for that shit", Americans have to "sign up for that shit".
So you're welcome for my service.
You're correct that many people are brainwashed and buy into things like politics and statism. It's a high percentage, but I wouldn't go as high as 99%. But even at 99% that leaves 3.5 million free thinkers living inside the "borders" that think exactly the same as me. And you know what you can take to the bank about those people? They are people with morals. Everything I'm saying is based around OBJECTIVE MORALITY and the understanding that "government" is an inherently illegitimate use of force.
The Constitution was not signed off on by everyone living on the land, it was signed by the wealthy landowners and FORCED onto everyone else just like every single government in history. Nobody has the right to tax you without your consent. If you want to go bomb whole swaths of land based on a few bad actors in that region and kill innocent children in the process, well I'm against that, but especially when you're financing the whole operation using stolen funds.
The difference between the mafia and the government is that normal people recognize what the mafia is doing is illegitimate. With statism the "citizens" watch the organized criminals extort them and enslave them and then root them on. They think they're in charge because they're allowed to vote for politicians when the control structure is obviously a top-down system. If voting mattered, they wouldn't let you do it.
So, you're welcome for my grounded logic and understanding of true freedom and morality.
BTW I love this forum, because it's a true beacon of free speech.

Re: It's Pride Month!
Gotta love people who are in that tiny weirdo minority who think they're right and eeeeeeeeeeeverybody else is wrong.
Re: It's Pride Month!
No disrespect, but if you step back and read what he said, he's not wrong. Not here to attack anybody for their beliefs, but we've all been indoctrinated. It's by design. So thinking that you're not indoctrinated but believing the fairy tales that these people have spun, means that you're indoctrinated. Unfortunately, the 'rules' and the 'system' have been created so that one must play within those parameters in order to make a living and get by in today's world.
I'm not sure that it's a tiny weirdo minority, more that most people are in denial. As soon as a person feels uncomfortable, they default to what makes them feel less uncomfortable. If you can understand that we're all pawns in this 'reality' that has been created for us, it's a little easier to understand.
