I thought Cody White stood out enough in the preseason to make the roster, but instead they decided to keep 5 OGs. For a team that doesn't have a legit #2 WR it would perhaps have been wise to have given him a shot.

What roster? The practice squad? They tried to get him on the practice squad. Kubiak claimed him, he's on the raiders active roster

The 53-man. And from what i heard, he was pissed and declined the practice squad invite. Basically told the Seahawks FO to eff off.

Okay, I don't think 5 guards is a particularly high number. That they are carrying 4 TEs and a FB is probably a more direct comp seems to me. But the direct comp is deciding to carry Foster the Latin teacher isn't it? That's the decision that was made. I'll leave it to MMJS to decide this stuff. But what it says to me is the depth of talent they have, hard decisions.

Did you notice they lost Bryce Cabeldue to the Raiders off waivers? He's actually a guard.

White got the ball for a ST play. A touchdown saving tackle on a dolphins punt return. Which is something MMJS value as well. That's really what a lot of bubble decisions are decided on, STs value. Wonder if Foster plays ST
