They've got that too, they are admired for their entire organization. And that's lasted through different GMs, owners, it's pretty impressive. They got Junior Caminero in a trade with Cleveland, hard to beat that. But really the thing is they just drill and drill and drill. Getting marginal improvements in different ways. It's something I think dipoto tries to emulate but not as successfully. Like back in the earlier period.

Rumor has it the Rays offered Junior Caminero to the angels for Otani at the deadline and obviously got turned down. It doesn't sound very Rays like. Incredible opportunity for the angels

I would be shocked if he is even on the Playoff roster. Just started a rehab assignment in AAA.

Will Venerable has been having a good season managing the white sox. I'm reading now though about his Murakami Munetaka situation. Mune has totally collapsed but Venerable continues to hit him fourth.

Evidence of that is there's a couple times we thought they would walk Vargas to get to Mune. That just speaks to the respect they have for Mune. He's still dangerous out there

I wasn't comparing anybody I'm saying fans in Chicago apparently are getting anxious with mune in cleanup and only being a game ahead of Cleveland

Since the start of August, he has recorded a measly .131 batting average, a .277 OBP, a .301 SLG and an inflated 41.8 percent strikeout rate. Across 14 games in September, he is hitting only .098 with a .436 OPS
