I don't think she does. And personally, I am not sure there needs to be wholesale changes. Just some of the philosophy I don't like. Who knows. I can tell you that I think the likely hood that they are fired is low. I think the scenario works two ways....they continue this way until Pete or John or both decide they want to leave, or Pete decides handling both roles is more than he wants and moves strictly upstairs.ThePro wrote: ↑Mon Apr 13, 2020 10:19 pmWhy would you leave the search up to either of them if say Jody Allen felt like you?Michael K. wrote: ↑Mon Apr 13, 2020 9:54 pmThe most confusing thing about this, IMO, is the thought that Pete, as the VP of Football Operations and John Schneider, the GM, aren't capable of finding the next great coach, and instead we would be stuck with the next Tom Flores or Jim Mora JR.
Still, these guys are future hall of famers as some are saying, but not capable of finding a new coach, or even an innovative play caller that his handed the offense? How an that be? So, are they Hall of Famers, or are they riding a few good drafts and a Franchise QB?
