I'm seeing buzz about Naylor maybe out for birth of child.
yeah, the plan could be to play Suárez at first and Williamson at 3rd

Naylor in for tonight, but he's flying to AZ when wife goes into labor. Best timing would be baby born on Monday.

Woo situation is more serious. But, the original formula was Castillo, Kirby, and Logan. So, gonna have to try and make it work with that. Miller and Hancock out of the pen maybe.

I'm skeptical that Bryan pitches again this season. My gut says he's about 30% chance to pitch in ALCS and maybe 40% chance to pitch in WS if they advance to those rounds.

Back in the day he would probably pitch. But, seems in today's game they baby the players and maybe it's smart financially to protect the asset. They are more worried about his workload over the next several years than they are about winning the WS. Always a long-term view from the top.

Probably need Miller for a game four...I think that is a little pessimistic about Woo. If he was actually injured they would shut him down. I think its more getting him ready to pitch again

You guys, the Tigers are garbage. They collapsed for a reason. Their best starter, the Cy Young winner? We're in his head

We'll roll gm 1 vs their pen
We'll push Skubal to the showers by 5 in gm 2 while Castillo throws a gem
Blow out gm 3

And onto the LCS

Why not Raley at 1st and leave Geno at 3rd. More over thinking.

Probably because Raley has barely played and he's certainly not going to be in lineup in GM 2

If Williamson is in the lineup it will be the first time in 11 days.

Yeah I guess vs. Skubal a more righty lineup up is what they will go with.

I didn't rule him out. I'm just skeptical that he's progressing towards a post season start rather than a regular season start.

Today's Dan Wilson has me more optimistic. I will say 50% for ALCS. First need to make it to next round then we'll see what's up with Woo.
