1) He'll be very temporarily famous.
2) He stole somebody else's life.
3) He stole a husband and a father from a family.
4) He flushed his own life right down the toilet like the useless turd that it is.

It should be noted again that I am not for using violence to silence opposing viewpoints. Like I said at the beginning of this thread, I think opposing viewpoints should be parsed out at the debate table.

But if I made a career out of using hate speech to tell other groups of people that they should have their rights stripped away in this country... and I did so publicly over, and over, and over... I wouldn't be surprised if people wanted to harm me. And Kirk clearly knew that as he wore a bulletproof vest. He knew the risks.

I condemn the shooting, but I'm not surprised it happened... especially in a culture where political pundits throw around hate speech willy nilly, gun violence is rampant, and guns are so easily accessible.
