We BOTH called it on Cameron Young and Anthony Bradford!!!!!!!! High FIVES BROTHER!!!!!!!Cascade Kid wrote: ↑Sat Apr 29, 2023 3:37 pmThere are some very good names in both of these posts.Sexymarinersfan wrote: ↑Sat Apr 29, 2023 5:02 amYou can throw S Jay Ward and JL Skinner on that list. LB Jeremy Banks and Ventrell Miller would be nice too add some depth at LB and Special Teams.SeattleAddict wrote: ↑Sat Apr 29, 2023 3:54 am
RB: Zach Charbonnet. Big bruising back with moves. PERFECT thunder to Walker's lightning, IMO Nailed it!
Guys I mentioned for day 2 that are still available:
G: Braeden Daniels
Anthony Bradford
C: Luke Wypler
DT: Siaki Ika
ILB: Henry To'o To'o
Noah Sewell
DE: Adetomiwa Adebawore fastest 40 time of anybody over 280 lbs since 2006
OT: Dawand Jones. Absolutely mammoth 6'8" 374 lbs and very talented.
Other guys to watch:
Chandler Zavala, G
Jake Haener, QB ('cause I said so)
Cory Trice, CB (not like we need more CBs, but 6'3" 206 lbs and fast, sooooo)
Tyler Scott, WR
AT Perry, WR (6'4" and fast, soooooo)
Will Mallory, TE (fastest 40 time at combine in a draft called the deepest TE class in a decade)
Alex Forsyth, C (old school tough guy. I hate all Ducks, but really liked this guy since seeing him play)
Olusegun Oluwatimi, C
Jaquelin Roy, DT (girl name, so prime Seahawk target)
Cameron Young, DT
Jake Andrews, C
Charlie Jones, WR
Karsten Battles, LS
DE: Isaiah McGuire and Zack Harrison are more depth and great in the run game.
DT: You are right about Cameron Young. I think teams are sleeping on him big time. That Mississippi St. Defense was very underrated. Jerrod Clark would also work too.
I'd still like another RB. Either Ibrahim or Chris Rodriguez would be awesome! I've always felt that we needed to land at least 2 RB in this draft.
Emil Ekiyor is still on the board too. I'd love to grab him at 108. But I doubt he makes it to us.
We still need a NT and JS had stated that a NT pick is a later rounds pick.
I really like Jerrod Clark. He was pretty impressive in the combine and did well at placing the 'rag in the ring' body bend test. Moves pretty well for 334lbs.
Cameron Young would be a leaner NT but has a motor for days.
JL Skinner is a Hawks style safety. Loves to lay the hammer and high motor.
Oluwatimi looks like he would be a solid center. I mocked him most of the year in round 5.

Re: Day 3 targets
not a lot of glaring needs left. Where will we go in round 5, the place we always get an all-pro? Always need OL depth. ILB? LS? Max Duggan?

Re: Day 3 targets
I think there's still depth on DL/OL that could be addresses. Same with special teams. We also still need another RB. Chris Rodriguez Jr. from Kentucky(Mini Beast Mode) would be fantastic!!! So would Israel Ibanikanda!!SeattleAddict wrote: ↑Sat Apr 29, 2023 5:24 pmnot a lot of glaring needs left. Where will we go in round 5, the place we always get an all-pro? Always need OL depth. ILB? I really S Jay Ward and CB Corey Trice still left on the board.

Trice REALLY seems like a 5th round Seahawks pick, doesn't he??Sexymarinersfan wrote: ↑Sat Apr 29, 2023 5:32 pmI think there's still depth on DL/OL that could be addresses. Same with special teams. There's still depth needs everywhere, just saying nothing obvious to address (maybe ILB depending on Brooks). They could go just about anywhere... which is a good place to be.

Just saw they haven't decided to pick up Brooks 5th year option yet. Need to by Tuesday.SeattleAddict wrote: ↑Sat Apr 29, 2023 5:35 pmTrice REALLY seems like a 5th round Seahawks pick, doesn't he??Sexymarinersfan wrote: ↑Sat Apr 29, 2023 5:32 pmI think there's still depth on DL/OL that could be addresses. Henry O'oto'o is still on the board if you want LB depth.SeattleAddict wrote: ↑Sat Apr 29, 2023 5:35 pmTrice REALLY seems like a 5th round Seahawks pick, doesn't he??Sexymarinersfan wrote: ↑Sat Apr 29, 2023 5:32 pmI think there's still depth on DL/OL that could be addresses. The Seahawks are smashing this out of the park and have taken two blog favourites to start day three. Cameron Young had a fantastic Senior Bowl and like Abraham Lucas a year ago, received no attention. It was bizarre. He is very powerful with long 34.5 inch arms. He can control blockers with that length and he can anchor down or barge his way through contact. He is better than some of the other defensive tackles already taken. This is a home-run selection and what a round four for the Hawks!

Re: Day 3 targets
This draft was not very deep at LB. Which is why they went after Bobby Wagner and Devin Bush so hard in FA.D-train wrote: ↑Sat Apr 29, 2023 5:36 pmJust saw they haven't decided to pick up Brooks 5th year option yet. DAMN!!!!! There goes my boy S Jay Ward!!!
C Luke Wypler still on the board. Hawks not prioritizing C this draft. Must not see value at the time if their picks. Still some really good RB left on the board. I think they still need 1 more.
S JL Skinner still on the board too. I have him as a 3rd round talent.
Re: Day 3 targets
Don't think the has been this wide of a disparity in sentiment regarding Hawks and M's since 2012 or 2013. 10 of 10 for Hawks and Negative infinity for M's.

Re: Day 3 targets
Damn!!! Browns just stole my QB Sleeper, Dorian Thompson-Robinson.
The Hawks are going to have to address the QB position next year in 2024. Wonder if that's why Schneider wanted to acquire extra draft capital to maneuver around in next year's draft.
