I miss Mac Crary most of all. I was a big fan of his writings. I even preserved all his contributions to the "Rant and Rave" forum before the Seattle Times removed it all from public consumption. I showed them to my literary agent and he felt that there may be a publisher out there that would be interested. I plan on getting in touch with Mr. Crary and seeing if we an work out some kind of deal. If you doubt me, there is a sample from one of his past postings....
Shortly after Peter Gabriel wrote to me at Falk Medical Library in 1985, my father arrived at the hospital very sick and soon afterwards died. There is right now an attempt to impound my research and writing under copyright laws. This should not be surprising. Peter Gabriel falsified every detail, placed me in situations I wasn’t with the help of Carnegie Mellon screen-actress Ming Na Wen, who went on to work with Oliver Stone after courting me. Together, these three evil persons, put my name in Cineaste Film Quarterly Magazine and have made my life a living hell, through such misdeeds as the gang attack upon and rape of my deaf girlfriend Chin I Tamburro who I was forced to abandon in Pittsburgh for our mutual safety. This tactic of privatization of evidence against them should not surprise anyone aware of Bush’s favoritism towards corporations and the fact that Ryland, as an act of pedagogy, refused to work in a private college, wanting to help shoulder the burden of public school reform. Wm. A.G. Fisher, a black Principal of a huge Pittsburgh Public High School , Taylor Allderdice, where I attended and won a Pennsylvania Governor’s School Scholarship for Poetry, despite near lethal attacks leading to total deafness, was a student and friend of my father.
If you'd like more, I've got 722 KB's more of these great artistic works.

Sometimes people dont want to try and understand, even when the truth is in front of them.

Being blind is a way of life for many people. They have no desire to "think for themselves" and frankly cannot grasp the true concept. Follow the group mentality.

So many conspiracy theories proving to be true lately, we can look back and see the media on the wrong end more often than not. To most of us that would tell us something looking forward, maybe dont trust the media.

But here we are, media not even covering the General Flynn story that is about to bring them down and most people still have no idea it's even about to happen.

Don Gorgon ;)
He posts here on the Seahawks forum almost everI'my day. Goes by the name Donn Beach.

I guess you must miss some if not all of these luminaries:

Seth Reynolds - He quit posting long before the Times site went down
Somebody's Son - I definitely miss him
HardcoreMarinerFan - Don't miss the tool or any of his aliases.
R.G. - Can't respect a guy living a lie
noRm - Before my time
Mac Crary - American Pig, who can remember his typical rambling. Something about the Beattles and conspiracy theories?

They certainly did add color to things. It helped us all understand what it might be like to live in a psych ward.
I miss KC22 from the Hawks forum and as I mentioned Somebody's Son.

btw I wonder what happened to my arch nemesis Ice.

Oh I miss Kevin F from Montana as well. I will never forget taking him to a Hawks game and he was so overwhelmed with the emotion of the scene he had tears in his eyes.

I had probably my all time favorite conversation with my wife today. We just had Lobster Rolls and Chowda from the Lobster Hut and were pulling into a liquor store parking lot to buy Vodka:
Her: Can you get a decent brand this time?

Me: No.

Who was the guy Ice99 was arguing with bitterly all the time? Was that you? Or was it Halfmoon? Or was he just cranky with everyone?

There was JayCanadian also, and Richmond Man or whatever his name was.

ice and I had our battles but it was Billy Heywood/weebs/Scott Weber that he would battle with the most. I will never forget like a 57 page thread in which he and ice went back and forth arguing about whether a compensatory sandwich pick between the first and second round was considered a first or a second round pick. The irony was that it was neither. lol

I don't know. He also stopped posting in the Times forum a while before it shut down. He joined us at a Husky Hoops game and I met him at a Bellevue football playoff game at Pop Keeney field. Nice Guy.
