Did you have a problem with Williamson and Young getting ABs in "critical situations" because i don't recall you ever complaining about it.
Our left fielder had two cups of coffee during playoff races and did really well. In fact, after the second one he had maybe the greatest postseason ever. if I had a critical situation and it came down to either Solano or it being the first ML at bat for Ford without hesitation i am using solano, I don't see the hard part. He has hit .252/.295/.344 for the season and is an experienced batsman, why would I assume that ford would be an improvement when he hasn't faced ML pitching yet in his life? What would i be basing that on? His ML numbers? Kelinic put up minor league numbers too.
