I think most prospects need around 2000 minor league plate appearances. I mean so MLB isn't easy. I like what I've seen from Young so far despite being given little opportunity in the 9 hole and getting jobbed by umps
I'm not saying Young will never be a good ball player. But he shouldn't be on this team at the moment.
