Actually I didn't, I notice articles occasionally about the wnba. I don't think I've ever seen one about the Storm. I'd forgotten they exist.D-train wrote: ↑Thu Sep 17, 2026 2:33 pmFyi the Storm play there. You know that right????Donn Beach wrote: ↑Thu Sep 17, 2026 4:01 amcome on, five weeks to do it? Wnba uses a different 3 point line. Adjusting that is probably a five week operation
The NBA line sits at 23 feet, 9 inches (and 22 feet in the corners), while the WNBA line is shorter and uniform at 20 feet, 6.25 inches to 22 feet

Scooter Braun, you need to keep up with your tabloids. He's the guy got in a big legal hassle with Taylor swift over buying her master recordings

It was Shawn Kemp that spoiled the fun in the NBA
Olden Polynice
Olden Polynice
The NBA used to have beer and alcohol in the locker room. Every team, sitting in the hot tub, drinking beer, everybody getting drunk, and then hopefully you make it home. So when we got Shawn, he was underage. So we got to get rid of the alcohol. So the NBA passed, like, it's all the teams now. So everybody was kind of pissed at us for having this young kid. But yeah, that's the reason why they took (the beer from the locker room)," said Polynice

Blazers off to a terrific start replacing calabro, their replacement lasted only hours
The situation in Portland might be a, be careful what you ask for lesson. Blazers fans seemed happy to get rid of Jody Allen. This new guy sounds like a piece of work. The Portland Trail Blazers introduced and fired their new play-by-play announcer in the span of a few hours on Thursday, due to social media posts he made as a teenager.
Braiden Bell was announced as the team's new broadcaster Thursday morning. He had previously spent two seasons with the WNBA's Phoenix Mercury as well as various jobs in the college ranks
The matter of the Blazers' play-by-play announcer was already a source of some embarrassment for the team. That job was only open due to the departure of longtime broadcaster Kevin Calabro, who said he left after receiving a "subprime" offer for his new contract with the team.
That line was a clear shot at new Blazers owner Tom Dundon, who built his wealth primarily through subprime loans in the auto lending industry. Dundon began his tenure with a series of cost-cutting measures that included laying off around 70 employees.
