He needs to harness the curve ball. He throws it a lot, and when batters guess on it, they’re inclined to take it for a ball. It increases his pitch count.

I don't know that we need him going 7-8 innings though, so I'm not as concerned about pitch count. If we get 6 innings and fewer than 3 runs, its a good start from Dunn.

Just saw the movie "At Close Range" for the first time.
Based on a true story. Some good actors when they were young.
Sean Penn, Christopher Walken. Mary Stuart Masterson was hot in the eighties.
Hollyweird doesn't make movies like that anymore.
They just wouldn't know where to start.

Now they separate people in the stadiums...vaccinated vs. non-vaccinated. Yeah that's not divisive.

Agree, 8 is too much to expect, at least at this stage from him. I’d like to get 6-7 from him consistently. So far this year he’s averaged, what, 5 per start ? Swagging that so it could be different, but probably not by much.

I'm still not convinced he isn't going to end up in the bullpen. If he can gain 2-3 mph in the pen and throw high 90s, then I think he can be a pretty good setup guy.

The Dodgers announcers said "White can't hit a lick but he won a gold glove and shows how he it earned it on that play".. :D
