My Final W-L Prediction

Post by Hy Feiber » Fri Jul 19, 2019 2:41 am

Based on the 26-58 record since the Weird start, roughly a .300 percentage, I extrapolate a 20-43 record hereafter, resulting in 59-103.

That's close to my pre season prediction of 60 wins.....

That's only happening if they spend big in free agency and add a couple of TOR Starting Pitchers and about 5 Bullpen arms.

So it seems we're treading water until Felix is off the books. Who could have seen this happening...?
Consider this holding pattern we are stuck in now while we have the next Rising Star Pheenomm holding a gun to our management's head during contract renegotiations.

Old Charlie Finley had it right, 1 year contacts only.

Virtually all of these long term $Gazillion contracts are losers for the team.
